A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful.Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashionJob DescriptionYour opportunityWithin the E-Commerce department, reporting to the E-business Performance Analyst, you will help in tracking and sharing value-added analytics and recommendations for the global E-Commerce team on large international projects and platforms.How you will contributeDaily monitoring of sales vs. targets and support in building weekly and monthly business reviewsCollect, analyze and report eCommerce key performance indicators (KPIs) for top management & executiveContribute to the optimization of analysis tools and reporting processesSupport the development of new dashboards and data visualization (Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio) that matches business & teams’ requirements to monitor customer journey and sales trendsHelp in ad hoc analysis for key stakeholders (buyers, e-merchandising, platform & ops, media, CRM, regions etc.) such as new launches or product performance deep-divesAssist in monitoring and reporting on e-retail performance.Who you areCurrently enrolled in a Master’s degree in business, data analytics, marketing, or digital (business school, engineering school or university)Previous experience in BI role or analyst is a plusKnowledge of BI and Web analytics tools is a plus (Tableau or Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, ContentSquare)Advanced XLS skills (pivot table, graph, formula, etc.)Fluent in EnglishTeam player and ability to handle short deadlines and react quickly in a challenging environmentResults-oriented with strong analytical & data-driven mindsetOrganized, proactive and attention to detailProblem-Solver, adaptable and curiousWhy work with us?Balenciaga is committed to thriving your professional development within the House or in the Kering group.
