Locum Adults CPN (Band 7) – Competitive Pay, Flexible Contract in Aldershot!Are you a Band 7 CPN looking for a rewarding locum role in Surrey? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: Band 7 CPN
• Location: Aldershot
• Duration: 3 – 6 months ongoing
• Schedule: Mon and Fri, 9 – 5
• Start Date: March 2025
• Rate of Pay: £28.88 – £31.32 per hour

Information on the team:

• Offer specialist mental health time to establish your needs and develop an individual personalised plan
• Provide practical help accessing community resources Identify brief interventions for managing stress and anxiety
• Offer access to a specialist mental health pharmacist
• Provide information and guidance on emotional and physical wellbeing
• Provide links to other mental health services and therapy providers.

What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of working age adults. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments
• create and implement personalised care plans
• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• maintain accurate patient records
• visits patients out in the community

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid NMC registration and pin
• experience working with working age adults in the community
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• access to a car for community/home visits

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday – Friday with flexibility where possible.
