The successful candidate will contribute to a broad range of transactional matters, including real estate finance, leveraged acquisition finance, and general corporate lending. You will have the opportunity to lead transactions independently while collaborating closely with partners and other team members to deliver exceptional results.About You
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious solicitor who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment. You should have:

• Post-Qualification Experience (PQE): 2 to 6 years as a solicitor, with relevant experience in a large corporate law firm.
• Technical Excellence: Strong drafting and technical legal skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Transactional Expertise: Experience managing complex debt finance transactions, preferably in areas such as real estate finance, leveraged acquisition finance, or corporate lending.
• Client-Focused Approach: A track record of providing outstanding client service and demonstrating commercial awareness.
• Resilience and Adaptability: A flexible, deadline-driven mindset, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Academic Credentials: An excellent academic background, underscoring your ability to navigate complex legal issues.
• Communication Skills: A strong communicator who can engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
