– Take a splash of expert knowledge. Add a drizzle of pride. Pour over a passion for serving drinks and food to our guests’ unique tastes. Which is why we’re searching for our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in Rome a Bartender with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable.
– Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
– Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
– Always ensure the delivery of exceptional beverage service, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.
– Exceeds guest’s expectations
– Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with productive working relationships.
– Acknowledging service standards and sequence of service
– In charge during your duties of all aspects of the bar assigned
– Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
– Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. Knowledge of food allergies and intolerance
– Take orders and create tailored drinks
– Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan and speciality beverages
– Receiving and processing guest payments
– Utilize the POS system
– Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, and public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed
– Attend staff training
– Reporting to Bar Manager / MixologistWhat we need from you
– Good knowledge of food and beverage with an emphasis on wines
– Experience of 1 year or more within the food and beverage department with the same role in luxury hotel
– Able to work under pressure
– Friendly and positive with a flexible approach
– Good communication skills and genuine approach with our guests
– Good problem-solving skills that will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
– Fluent Italian with a good level of English language – extra language skills would be great, but not essentialWhat we offer
