Business Central System Analyst- up to £50kI am currently representing a growing retail client who is looking for a driven individual to join their IT systems team to assist in maintaining the current day to day function of their systems as well as work on up and coming improvement projects in 2025.This is a full time, permanent role – offering hybrid working, with expectations of a mix of on-site at the greater London office and at home working.The role will involve:

• Day to day 2nd line support of my clients Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC / ERP systems
• Commutation with 3rd line support at a 3rd party
• Ensuring all the daily systems are running and performing
• Training users on the system
• Technical level troubleshooting user issues.

Skill set required:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV
• Experience providing 2nd line end to end support
• Firm understanding of supply chain, distribution and manufacturing processes (preferable not essential)
• Confident, consultative communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both individually and within a team
