You work closely with the various departments and Business Units, but can also work independently, set the right priorities and provide support to customers and colleagues.Key accountabilities

  • You gain knowledge of our systems and processes.
  • Analyzing the current processes with the focus to support regional commercial and efficiency initiatives. Develop and implement specific solutions, in close collaboration with the Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Communicate customer requirements with the IT-programming teams. You closely monitor the development work and testing and you conduct the final implementation.
  • Introduce, participate and/or lead the development of new IT-services, customer specific products and generic products, in collaboration with the commercial teams and the Business Units on a regional and/or global basis.
  • You assist the Sales teams with customer meetings and presentations.

  • You hold a Master’s of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 Years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in PowerBI and Excel, including pivot tables, with strong analytical skills and a process-focused mindset.
  • Experience and knowledge of Macros and EDI.
  • Familiarity with creation and automation of reports.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • You are customer-oriented and can communicate well at various levels.
  • Ability to present our software and system solutions to existing and potential customers.
  • You are an enthusiastic and motivated team player, skilled in engaging and inspiring colleagues.
  • Additionally, you are proactive, hands-on, and adaptable, with a flexible approach beyond a typical 9-to-5 mindset.
  • You are fulltime available.
