Behavioural Science Lead – AIYour responsibilities

• Design and validate behavioural components of our AI-driven personalisation engine.
• Translate behavioural models (COM-B, BCW, BCT taxonomy) into scalable product features.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to embed behavioural logic into algorithms.
• Define and lead experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to evaluate behavioural interventions at scale.
• Monitor behavioural engagement metrics and iterate to improve outcomes.
• Champion behavioural best practices within product and clinical teams.

Our requirements

• MSc or PhD in Behavioural Science, Health Psychology, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of applied experience in digital behavioural interventions.
• Proven application of models like COM-B or BCW in product or AI contexts.
• Ability to distil complex concepts into clear, actionable product logic.
• Experience working with data teams and understanding experimental design.
• Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English.
• Experience in consumer health or medtech apps.
• Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle or adaptive digital journeys.
