Location: Netherlands (Breda area is preferred), or Belgium. This position will cover the Benelux region and will involve frequent travel. Therefore, the location can be based in either of these countries.Hours: Full timeBU – Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies:Patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease often have complex conditions with limited treatment options. Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient’s unmet clinical needs. Join us and be part of our inspiring journey.Manages the relationship with a defined list of large Edwards customers, looking to grow Edwards’ share of wallet. Identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities within portfolio of own business unit.How you’ll make an impact:

  • Serves as main point of contact within own business unit for assigned customer base utilizing good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
  • Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons and other influencers in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
  • Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing short-term region plan to achieve region objectives
  • Hybrid function to provide clinical product support in the cathlab for TMTT
  • Other incidental duties

What you’ll need:Bachelor’s Degree in related field ,5 years years experience of progressive sales and/or clinical experience Required and medical devices industry experience Required in CardiologyKnowledge of IC network is a significant advantageFluency in professional English and Dutch is mandatory, with French as a preferred third language.What else we look for:

  • Good knowledge of the strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products
  • Understands BU strategy, selling model, medical devices industry and selling environment of own region
  • Develops understanding of assigned accounts and their challenges
  • Good understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Understands customer needs and explains EW product features compared to competitor offerings
  • Builds productive internal and external relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contacts
  • Utilizes influencing skills on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
  • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
