• Scout and hand-pick the hottest, most exclusive events to keep our feed buzzing with excitement.
• Work with event organizers to ensure baesh is always the first to know about what’s happening.

Lead and grow your niche community

• Bring people together through events, content, and partnerships.
• Develop social media content in your niche

Grow Our Community Love

• Personally connect with users online and in real life to grow baesh’s presence.
• Plan and host local baesh events that create unforgettable memories for our users.

Build Relationships Like a Pro

• Onboard B2B partners
• Ensure seamless integration of their events and content onto our platform.
• Collaborate with content creators to amplify our presence and authenticity.

Manage team

• Manage and mentor community interns, ensuring they contribute effectively to outreach, engagement, and content.

Requirements

• Berlin-based: You know the culture, the vibes, and the events that matter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Social Wizard: You love people, conversations, and making everyone feel welcome.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you don’t wait for tasks, you create opportunities.
• Hands-on Hustle: You’re not just about doing the job but about owning the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in event management, communication, or marketing is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience managing or building communities (professional or personal projects).
• Social media savvy—familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Gen-Z trends
