About your future role
We’re on the lookout for a curious and self-driven data analytics star that will be part of the strong MS Commercial team of BI Developers and data scientists, where our vision is to deliver best in class sales reporting and performance management for our sales organisation within the exciting and growing payment industry. Our team is split between Copenhagen and Frankfurt, so both options are available as home base.We deliver a governed self-service BI solution driven by our Alteryx Server and PowerBI. Further, we support MS Sales with analytics, reporting and project management of strategic initiatives. We are part of a European team on a mission to scale the performance management infrastructure across existing and new markets, thereby supporting the continued growth ambition across Europe.You’ll be empowering Commercial teams across Merchant ServicesAs Commercial BI Developer/Analyst you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled and ambitious colleagues. You’ll find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to further develop our analytics and reporting capabilities leveraging our Alteryx Server and PowerBI setup to automate our sales performance reporting and help drive sales improvements. Further, you are expected to play an important role in expanding the reporting framework across our European organisation and drive BI development projects independently. An ambitious student will be supporting the team in maintenance and development. You need great stakeholder management skills, as you will be working with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, BI and IT developers to develop best-in-class reporting and defining the hero KPIs to steer our business. Further, you will assist sales directors and team leads to improve their business through sparring and conducting ad hoc analyses and optimisation proposals on selected topics.What makes you the best person for this job?

• Bachelor or Master’s degree within a relevant field
• Experience working with PowerBI or Tableau is a big plus
• Experience working with Alteryx is a big plus
• Experience working with Sales is a plus
• Fluent English both written and spoken is a must
