Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Billing Manager to lead our Eclipse and aBILLity Assist teams, ensuring accurate, timely billing and exceptional service delivery.What you’ll be doing

• Lead and develop the Billing team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support.
• Ensure billing is delivered on time and in line with SLAs.
• Oversee client onboarding and maintain best practices across billing and customer service.
• Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies.
• Manage customer escalations and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Own and lead the TMBS Billing Accuracy Programme.
• Maintain compliance with Information Security policies.

Your Experience

• Proven team leadership and performance management experience.
• Strong operational and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Experience with billing platforms and related processes.
• Willingness to travel within the UK.
• Desirable experience in telecoms/IT billing, knowledge of metering standards, and familiarity with Eclipse or aBILLity platforms.
