Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. • Social Media management and content translation support;
• Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities and news that can be leveraged in brand awareness and marketing innovation efforts;
• Organize and support the implementation of marketing campaigns, such as airdrops, AMA, giveaway;
• Track results on new user growth and user activation;
• Help to grow Binance’s user base and increase the awareness of the Binance brand in fun, creative and informative ways;
• Help to organize major Binance events/campaigns in Spain. Be ready to do hard work and get responsibilities;
• Help to Coordinate educational blockchain hackathons in different regions of Spain, from ideation to execution;
• Help in the management and development of talents, working closely with KOLs, Youtubers and instagrammers;
• Solve problems & answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team. You will help us to build a strong Binancians community in Spain.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled into a University (Graduate or Postgraduate) program at a major University, preferable in Marketing/Communication;
• Experience in community management, or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills, ideally with skills on Discord / Telegram / Tiktok / Instagram;
• Great passion for the crypto industry;
• Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fin-tech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing;
• Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred. Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto / blockchain / technology space;
• Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must;
• Proven experience in growing and managing a user base;
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders;
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once;
• Experience in community management and events is a plus.
