Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicine.Your Role:As a Biostatistician, you will play a key role in providing statistical expertise to clinical development projects and other departments at LEO Pharma. You will ensure high-quality statistical input across trial design, reporting, submission, and publication.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing statistical reporting for clinical trials
• Programming of inferential analyses in SAS and/or R
• Providing statistical input to trial design, protocols, and randomization.
• Writing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and presenting key results.
• Coordinating with biostatistics submission teams and contributing to publication strategies.
• Providing statistical input for regulatory interactions (e.g., EMA, FDA, PMDA).Overseeing outsourced trials and ensuring statistical project management.
• Reviewing protocols and performing quality control of statistical analyses, datasets, and reports.
• Contribute to methodological innovation within the Biostatistics department

Your QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Solid theoretical statistical background with M.Sc. or PhD in statistics, mathematics, computing, or engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as a Biostatistician in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Knowledge of SAS and R Programming
• Experience in regulatory interactions (EU, US, PMDA, CMDA) and submission documents will be an added value.
• Project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A curious and proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive alignment.
• Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of commercial needs.
