Job Title: BMS Service Engineer
Location: London & SoutheastSalary:£42,000 – £45,000 + Company vehicle/Car Allowance, UK Healthcare plan, PPE and work equipment, training and progression + moreAbout the RoleAs a BMS Service Engineer, you’ll represent the company on-site, providing expert support for Building Management Systems (BMS). Your role will focus on maintaining system efficiency, delivering energy-saving solutions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and carry out emergency repairs on BMS systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service, taking ownership of issues and ensuring clear communication throughout.
• Advise clients on energy-saving strategies to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Complete and submit accurate and timely service reports and documentation.
• Identify further service opportunities, prepare field quotes, and report potential leads to the sales team.
• Work collaboratively with fellow engineers and service teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and procedures comply with safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Delta, or Schneider.
• Strong diagnostic and technical repair skills for control systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Awareness of health and safety practices with a high attention to detail.
• A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of energy management principles and sustainability practices.
• Full UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK.
