Offer DescriptionDuring the first year of the fellowship, the candidate will assist scientific research within the “Light-Sheet Fluorescence Microscopy” (LSFM) Facility Hub of the European Laboratory for Non-Linear Spectroscopy as part of the Ebrains-Italy project for the establishment of the Italian national node of the EBRAINS Research Infrastructure. Specifically, the candidate will focus on defining procedures for the preparation of biological samples (in terms of labeling and tissue clearing) using “smart-hydrogel,” acquiring samples with LSFM, and analyzing the images while ensuring access to the Facility Hub.
