We are looking for a Content Manager to join our Spanish Marketing Team and take the lead in creating content that resonates with our audience and drives measurable results.This is your opportunity to shape content strategy, collaborate with top-tier partners, and showcase your creativity and strategic thinkingReady to be part of the challenge?About the roleWe’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Brand & Content Manager to lead our content efforts in Spain with a strong focus on generating qualified leads through content.You’ll be responsible for owning the local content strategy and execution across blog, social media, landing pages, lead magnets and branded campaigns — ensuring everything we do helps us build awareness, educate the market, and most importantly: convert traffic into pipeline.You’ll manage and mentor a small content team while collaborating closely with SEO, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Sales, and external freelancers or agencies.Your responsibilities

• Define and execute the local content strategy to support inbound growth and lead generation goals.
• Own the production of content across the funnel (blog, landing pages, downloadable assets, newsletters, video scripts…).
• Create and launch high-value campaigns and brand-driven initiatives (e.g. reports, surveys, templates).
• Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all owned channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with SEO, Paid Media, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations.
• Manage and mentor a small team of content specialists (execution + strategy support).
• Analyze content performance and iterate strategy based on data and insights.
• Lead post-mortem reviews to extract learnings and improve future campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external content freelancers and creative agencies when needed.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• Proficiency in Spanish (C2) is a must, Fluent in English is nice to have but not essential.
• You have 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, inbound or brand roles — ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• You’ve led or been part of content strategies that successfully generated pipeline.
• You’re comfortable working across teams and turning business priorities into content actions.
• You have strong writing and storytelling skills and understand how to adapt tone and format depending on the channel and audience.
• You’re data-informed: you enjoy analyzing performance to improve results.
• You’ve worked with tools like CMS (WordPress), GA4, SEO tools, project management tools, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• You’ve mentored or managed junior team members and enjoy helping others grow.
