Description Overview

You will be responsible for brand strategy and performance with full responsibility for market share, net sale and financial KPIs for OTC products. You will manage the business holistically, in charge of brand equity and positioning across all communication and distribution channels and across many different touchpoints in close collaboration with the respective team members.

Scope of the Role
-Be an expert of the product category, building consumer knowledge and competitive analysis. for OTC products
-Build brand equity and strategy.
-Develop annual product plan addressing all consumer touchpoints.
-Portfolio management and new product development.
-Analyze brand performance.
-A&P budget management.
-Focus on creating strong execution plans including marketing plans with strategies, market segmentations, targeting, market analysis and action plans.
-Takes a leadership position within internal teams: trade, sales, regulatory regarding sharing of ideas and marketing plans and vision.
-Identify new business opportunities and strategic specialties or therapeutic areas, which address unmet customer needs and accelerate growth.
-Establish and develop continuous interaction and communication with the global Category Team.
-Maintain strong market knowledge on competitors and market environment though external and internal research in order to identify needs and opportunities.

Experience Required
-Master’s degree.
-At least 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharma, FMCG, skin or personal care.
-Independent management with full responsibility for brand strategy and performance.
-Deep understanding of consumer insights, market trends and shifts, digital environment.
-High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, self-reflection.
-Strong team player, experience working in cross-functional and international teams
-Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. Can-do attitude and strong prioritization skills.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Fluent in English both spoken and written.
