What you’ll do?

-translates the brand long-term vision and strategy into short-term brand plans delivering brand business results;
-support the Senior Brand Manager for the execution of brand, communication and activation calendar to deliver on first choice ambition, based on consumer needs, category opportunities and growth targets;
-lead creative development for your brand from scratch to execution, contribute to locally developed product innovations
-prepare brand business reviews on a monthly basis and identify opportunities for improvement;
-understand the consumer and market context and uses it smartly to drive preference and choice;
-track and analyze the performance of key brand activities and clearly identifies actionable next steps and recommendations;
-work in close cooperation with internal stakeholders team and with agencies to design channel / customer plans;
-by building a local brand, you can actively use your marketing knowledge instead of implementing regional guidelines.
 

You need us, if you:

-have bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or Marketing related studies;
-gained 1-3 years brand marketing experience in business environment;
-have strong commercial awareness & understand the customers preferences;
-have excellent command of English and Hungarian (written and verbal);
-own an analytical mindset who able to turn insights into brand performance;
-are creative and precise at the same time.
