Job Description:

• Declare customs for import/ export shipments (translate goods descitiption into Vietnamese, apply HS code, calculate D&T…).
• Submit declaration to Vnaccs system on time to get customs approval for release.
• Deeply understand customs regulations on import/ export (HS code, government controlled goods…) for correct category, declaration and giving consultants to customers when required.
• Work with customs to complete clearance and support customers to solve problems.
• Compile daily report accurately and legibly in order to provide information to management /others for service improvement and operation analysis.
• Extra assignments from management/company.

Requirement:

• University or College degree in foreign trade, international trade, international economics, logistics or supply chains
• Knowledge of import / export. Knowledge in Customs Law & Regulations. Experience with VNACCS system is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position. Having experience working in customs broker agents, broker license will be highly appreciated.
• Good computer usability. Influent communication and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Hardworking, careful, motivated. Ability to work in high-pressure environments. Good teamwork and problem-solving ability.
