Mediplacements is currently looking to recruit an experienced Band 7 Echocardiographer for an ongoing locum opportunity working within a hospital based in Essex.

This position is available for an immediate start. The pay rate is GBP37 – GBP42 per hour.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently scanning and reporting to the BSE standard, performing Transthoracic echo and TOE. Our client insists upon candidates with BSE accreditation or equivalent.

Job Description:
o Specialist in Echocardiography.
o Takes responsibility for medical staff training in Echocardiography.
o Provide managerial support to the Principal Cardiac Physiologist.
o Takes responsibility for junior staff in the absence of senior staff.
o Provides clinical expertise in a broad range of investigations/procedures
