Candidates will contribute to enriching the lives of those we support.Job ObjectivesThe post holder will assume responsibility for the essential administration, organisation, and planning within the department. The role will require high
levels of organisation and planning skills in addition to the post holder being
fully IT literate.This will include the following on a daily basis:

  • Live our Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Plan works to ensure high level of first-time fix.
  • Direct operatives and subcontractor work to be planned in advance to allow appointment dates to be met and achieved.
  • Undertake general administration including word processing, data inputting, filing, scanning, photocopying, call handling relating to the service area.
  • Check in with the Project Manager and/or Property Director for any admin support required.
  • Update the building and planning tracker as required.
  • Create purchase requisitions as needed.

Skills RequirementExperience:

  • Previous experience within a similar or related role.

Skills:

  • Good listener and open to learning from others.
  • Excellent organisational skills / self-motivation / self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.
  • Dedicated, reliable and flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Excel
