• Provide customer service in Bulgarian
• Provide customer service by responding to chats, emails and social media (90%) or by phone (10%)
• Responding to customer inquiries, such as payment or account blocking

• Fluent communication in Bulgarian (C1/C2)
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Availability to work min. 80h/month
• Openness to shift work (minimum 2 weekends per month)

• Work from the office – Warsaw Mokotów
• The helpline is open from Monday to Sunday
• Contract of mandate
• Salary: 6600 – 6800 pln gross
• Benefits: language courses, multisport card, private medical care
• The company provides a relocation package – flight and accommodation for one month
