Within ABS, we deliver world-class automated support services for six sector within ASML: Human Resources & Operations, Finance, IT, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales and Corporate Real Estate.Your assignmentABS has a constant focus on improvement and the team drives programs and projects throughout all Operations Towers and supports Lean Deployment in all areas, interaction channels from ABS and ASML employees, and all applications. You, as an intern, will help the department with various projects and their daily tasks, gaining hands-on experience and a practical foundation in business process mapping concepts, tools and stakeholder interaction.Key deliverables include:Clear and detailed documentation of current as is processComplete the desired process flowcharts with key steps and explanations as required;Regularly update the dashboard that visualizes process metrics;Deliver process flowcharts as agreed with the Business process owner;Give presentations with visuals summarizing the internship experience and insights.This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship (non-thesis) for minimum 6 months, 5 days per week (3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is February 2025.Your profileTo be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:Have a background in business administration, management , operation management or something related;Have experience with business process modeling methodology and have knowledge of business process modeling tools like Visio, ARIS, etcHave a professional communication (in English) and are familiar with stakeholder management;Have internal drive for efficiency and able to work disciplined and accurateAre independent, pro-active, ‘self-propelling’ way of working and able to operate in a dynamic environmentOther requirements you need to meetYou are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship.
