• Assuming responsibility for the further development of our digital store solutions (merchandise management system, digital price cards, mobile devices, etc.), which are used in over 7,300 stores worldwide
• Analysing business processes and advising the product team and product owner on the resulting requirements
• Working closely with international stakeholders to translate business requirements into specifications and development requirements
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
• Driving the demand management process and evaluating priorities in the product backlog
• Working closely together with the product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout
• Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at the product level in your area of responsibility

Your ProfileWhat you should have.

• Degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience as a requirements engineer, business analyst or business consultant
• Structured, analytical way of working
• Initiative, decisiveness, persuasiveness and intercultural communication skills (moderating and presenting)
• Very good English skills

What is desirable.

• Practical experience in requirements management and in (agile) software development (Scrum)
• Experience in the retail sector and associated understanding of store processes
• Experience in process optimisation
