Job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our client in the financial industry. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Previously worked as a Business Analyst
• Data analysis – proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio is advantageous
• Previously worked in a project with formal governance
• A curious mind, not afraid of suggesting solutions that will increase the bank’s effectiveness and efficiency
• Have a strong cultural awareness and also a dynamic approach, willing to take on extra responsibilities when needed
• In addition it is beneficial if you have: 1. Experience from the financial services industry. 2. Experience within financial crime. 3. Experience in working in an Agile environment
• Professional level of English – both oral and written
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Working as a Senior Business Analyst in FCIIA, you will have responsibility of gathering requirement, interpreting the requirements and propose solutions.
• Document, review and evaluate business processes and identify eventual gaps and suggest development opportunities.
• Maintaining, testing and improving business procedures.
• Discovering and managing the company’s operational, financial and technological risks.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Producing high quality, timely and relevant material for presentations, proposals and reporting in order to support the decision-making.
• Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
• Finding and utilizing opportunities for improvement.
• Will use your business analysis expertise, to facilitate and influence discussions with a wide stakeholder group.
• Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, use cases, scope matrix, UAT plan, etc.)
