Business AnalystKey Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis: Review high-level business requirements and translate them into detailed, actionable user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
  • Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and prioritize backlogs that align with project objectives.
  • MVP Delivery: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT teams to define, develop, and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
  • Agile Development: Actively participate in sprints and scrums, contributing to analysis, design, build, test, and delivery activities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with SMEs, global and regional teams, vendors, and domain owners to drive project success.
  • Digital Planning: Support the Digital Delivery Manager in preparing and maintaining an integrated delivery plan for products.
  • Risk Communication: Identify risks and issues, propose resolutions, and provide updates to senior management through established forums.
  • UX/UI Design (Optional): Contribute to UX/UI design processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Testing & Rollout: Collaborate with SMEs to review and test product releases before pilot rollouts, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster communication and feedback from front-line teams (e.g., Relationship Managers, Client Integration) throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst delivering AGILE IT projects in Banking & Finance.
  • Hands-on experience in Digital Projects or Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Domestic and Cross-border Payments, Transaction Management (e.g., e-Commerce, m-Commerce, Remittances, Bill Payments).

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Proficient in stakeholder analysis, requirements engineering, and business change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, and validate High-Level EPICs and SMART user stories.
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills with the ability to evaluate complex data from multiple sources.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate structured thoughts to diverse teams.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with globally dispersed teams.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.

Agility & Adaptability:

  • Self-starter, flexible, hands-on, and able to manage dynamic business requirements.
  • Adheres to BA processes while adapting to project-specific needs.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of workflow and publishing systems.
  • Familiarity with multi-language content sites is an advantage.
