Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making? Do you excel at leveraging tools like Power BI to develop and optimize data-driven models and reports? If so, you might be our new Business Analyst.You will play an important role in:
MAN PrimeServ Denmark is seeking a technically savvy, data-oriented Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset. In this role, you will employ your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) to drive data analysis and visualization, develop performance tracking tools, and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.You will be a key player in providing analytical insights to various stakeholders, offering clarity on key business drivers and underlying trends. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure transparency in cost and revenue streams, enable sound decision-making, and contribute significantly to shaping MAN PrimeServ’s analytics and pricing strategies.Moreover, you will:

• Develop & Optimize Dashboards: Leverage Power BI to build, maintain, and continuously improve analytical dashboards and performance tracking reports.
• In-depth Data Analysis: Analyze diverse business activities—covering operational efficiency, sales performance, and more—to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports and analysis to keep leadership informed on key metrics and trends.
• Data-driven Pricing: Support pricing-related activities by maintaining and updating data in relevant systems, ensuring alignment with evolving market conditions.
• Model & Tool Development: Design and enhance data-driven models and tools (e.g., using Python, R, SQL) that enable accurate sales performance tracking and forecasting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment among multiple teams to ensure shared understanding of data insights and organizational goals.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide specialized analyses and reports for projects and initiatives that require a fast yet robust data-driven approach.

We imagine that you:

• Educational Background: You hold a relevant master’s degree in business analytics, data science, business intelligence, finance, or similar.
• Business-Oriented: You blend technical capabilities with a business-focused approach, ensuring data insights align with strategic objectives.
• Strong Communication: Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels, presenting data findings, and influencing decision-making.
• Self-Driven & Proactive: Able to work independently, drive projects to completion, and take initiative in solving complex data problems.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Power BI (or similar visualization tools like Tableau), with in-depth SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation.
• Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python, R, or similar languages
• Analytical Mindset: You naturally gravitate toward fact-based analysis and possess a strong ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• International Experience (Advantage): Experience in a global environment is beneficial, as we operate in a large multinational organization with a diverse set of interests and stakeholders.
