Job Description:TeamThis role will be to work as part of the AI Business Solutions group and join our fast-paced, high-energy team responsible for transforming the way Chubb operates globally and deliver meaningful business impact across the value chain.This position offers the opportunity to leverage the entire spectrum of digital capabilities towards solving a wide variety of business problems as well as unique challenges in problem-solving. The focus is on applying a combination of industry-standard practices and innovative ideas to transform the way Chubb operates fundamentally.Responsibilities
- Document and analyse as-is processes (functional specs and user stories) for identifying areas of improvement.
- Document to-be processes that align to our future operating model.
- Work within projects that drive organizational transformations for medium- and large-scale businesses.
- Coordinate and collaborate with all project stakeholders during workshops.
- Liaise between the client and a team consisting of SMEs, C-suite executives, Experience Designers, Product Managers, Consultant Developers and QA.
- Collaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business applications using the latest technologies
- Create and review test cases, and coordinate with business stakeholders, end users for user acceptance.
- Contribute to the design of the on-going solutions and user support required after transition.
Skills Required
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science)
- Proven experience as a business analyst in an operational environment.
- Proven experience of process mapping and analysis
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have an awareness of suitable KPIs associated with large scale projects .
- Sound understanding of SDLC lifecycle and the various methods of delivery
- A sound analytical mind and able to clearly structure and effectively communicate high level and detailed business requirements;
- Strong business process modelling skills.
- Experience of mapping out ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ landscape and undertaking gap analysis;
- Experience in business change, rationalisation and transformation; Ability to work independently, proactively and with versatility in responding to changing circumstances;
- An eye for detail, excellent communication skills and be able to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to query data with SQL.
