In support of all activity lines, the Project Management Office (PMO) connects project teams with each other and with head office. We empower our projects in their operational excellence as per the company’s strategic goals. Our mission is for DEME to have sound project management capabilities that can consistently deliver successful projects.PMO is recruiting a colleague with project operations or tendering experience for a Business Analyst function. In this role you have the overview of all DEME’s projects from an office position, as opposed to being deployed on one particular project or tender. With your understanding to the particular needs of our projects and businesses, you’re in charge of creating ONE DEME together with your colleagues from our different business teams.Your responsibilitiesFind new improvement opportunities by analyzing business processes, information and by listening to the business needs.Facilitate engagement among stakeholders to gather information, use cases, and insights.Scope use cases for digital solutions (e.g. tools, systems, processes) and how they contribute to providing benefit for the business and users.Structuring processes and simplifying complex problems into understandable solutions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve digital business solutions.Your profileSeveral years’ experience as a business analyst is a plus.You are enthusiastic, have a positive mindset and can bring this over to your colleagues.You put the user / customer first, and have a high level of service mindedness, but always remain a critical thinker.You can structure processes, and complex problems into simple, understandable solutions.You are a quick learner and can probe for details, even in unfamiliar domains.You have experience or affinity with working in agile teams.You are a collaborative team player who values teamwork.Our offerAn extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balance.A permanent training track which allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally.A stimulating, innovative workplace with growth opportunities.A people-oriented environment with an interactive health program and a focus on employee wellbeing.
