• Developing breadth and depth of knowledge, both system and process, in assigned functional area(s), with a holistic view across broad processes and systems
• Recommending business process improvements for assigned area.
• Analysing cross-functional workflow processes across organizations
• Working with users to identify and recommend desired process modifications and enhancements
• Documenting and modelling business processes and associated data, including both “as-is” current processes and “to-be” improved processes

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3-5 years enterprise-level (ERP) business analysis experience
• Project Lead / Project Management experience preferred
• Good communication skills to multiple levels of the organization
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio
