Job: Business AnalystLocation: Dublin 2Type: ContractTerm: 6 monthsSalary: 45-60kWe are working closely with one of the largest companies in the world. We are looking for someone to join our onsite team with excellent career opportunities.Typically, your job duties will include:

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research
• Analyse current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Create detailed functional specifications for proposed solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of new systems and processes
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives

We are looking for people with the below qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools like Quicksite

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
