IMPORTANT: Hybrid work, 2 days per week from the Client’s office in WarsawThis business analyst role will be involved in transitioning new processes or services into the HR shared services environment, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role will also be responsible for driving service excellence through continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation initiatives.Tasks:Transition & Service Integration:

• Support the transition of new processes or services into the HR Services model.
• Coordinate with different HR functions to ensure smooth integration of services.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization
• Requirements gathering
• Process mapping and documentation
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to enhance service delivery

Automation & Technology Integration:

• Collaborate with IT and HR technology teams to identify and implement automation solutions
• Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to streamline HR processes
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives
• Create test scripts and lead and monitor testing

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between HR Services and other HR/business units
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:Required:

• Minimum 3 years Business Analyst experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology

Preferred:

• HR project management
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices
• Familiarity with HRIS and automation tools
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, RPA
