Well, our Client offers just that ☺︎ It’s a leader in digital transformation of banking services and Cracow is one of the most important technological centers – majority of projects are delivered from Poland ☺︎We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Data team and support the deployment of a critical programme within Change Framework guidelines using Agile methodology. The role focuses on automating control evidencing for data integrity and aligning operations with strategic objectives. The BA will analyze business processes, provide recommendations through detailed analysis, and ensure requirements feed successfully into projects and programmes. This role contributes to building a resilient, streamlined technology platform to support growth and improve operational stability across markets, with an initial focus on Germany. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic team environment on a high-profile initiative.What will you do:

• Collaborating with Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to align deliveries with overall strategy
• Leading requirements gathering (workshops, interviews, shadowing) and documentation (business requirements, catalogues)
• Supporting customer journeys and product functionality analysis to provide recommendations
• Liaising with Solution Architects and IT for technical analysis
• Translating business requirements/user stories into solution designs with technology and business teams
• Coordinating and tracking testing outcomes
• Overseeing delivery from requirements gathering to deployment
• Managing stakeholder and senior management relationships across markets and GBGFs
• Contributing to Change Management, fostering BA skill development and driving practice adoption across the community

Requirements: • Exceptional understanding of Data controls is very desirable

• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions
• Strong process analysis & mapping skills with proven success within large and complex global projects in a change environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role
• Strong MS Excel skillset
• Experience of using tools including Confluence, JIRA, Visio and SharePoint
• Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco level to analysts, specialising in impactful communication across different markets and business lines
• Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development
• Agile certification(s) advantageous
• Written, verbal and presentation skills; exposure and success working within a global matrix organization model
