Our purpose is to nourish the world, while safeguarding our environment for future generationsRole ProfileWe are seeking a talented Business Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic Master Data Governance team. Reporting to the Master Data Governance Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-impact data strategies across the business. You will help shape our SAP master data practices and reporting frameworks, and play a vital role in improving data accuracy, quality, and governance across all business unitsResponsibilities

• Identify and resolve master data quality issues across SAP and other systems by proactively monitoring, detecting, and addressing inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies, along with conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and providing recommendations to prevent recurrence of data issues
• Collaborate with Data Owners & Stewards to ensure robust data controls, processes, and governance in place
• Lead data cleansing, profiling, and reporting using BI/SAC tools, and utilise such tools to generate actionable insights and support informed business decisions
• Support the rollout of data governance standards and documentation, design and deliver training programmes to raise awareness and ensure adoption of data governance standards across the organisation
• Deliver monthly reporting and storytelling insights on master data health
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a culture of data accountability and continuous improvemen

RequirementsEssential:

• 3-5 years’ SAP experience (Customer, Vendor, or Material master data)
• Strong data management and governance knowledge
• BI/SAC reporting experience & advanced Excel skills
• Clear communicator with strong presentation and analytical skill

Desirable:

• BI/SAC report development
• Involvement in IT or finance projects
• SQL basics and understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
• GDPR awarenes
