We have built a state-of-the-art Treasury Management System (TMS) and are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our ambitious team during this exciting phase of expansion.About the roleAs a Business Analyst specializing in treasury management software, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and translating the needs of stakeholders into actionable requirements and solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, software development, and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of the products.Key responsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive analysis of client requirements and business processes related to treasury management, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and pain points
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and system designs, ensuring alignment with overall product architecture and scalability
• Documenting and maintaining detailed requirements specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows
• Engaging with stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather feedback, validate requirements, and prioritize features for development
• Assisting in defining the product roadmap and strategy, leveraging market research and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
• Supporting quality assurance team in developing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria, and participate in user acceptance testing to validate software functionality against business requirements
• Providing training and support to clients on new features and functionalities, ensuring successful adoption and usage
• Proactively identifying areas for process improvement and optimization within the business analysis function, contributing to the enhancement of methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Essential experience & skillsWe want to set you up for success and we believe these experiences and skills will help you thrive in this role:

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry with a focus on treasury management or financial software solution
• Strong understanding of treasury management processes, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, with knowledge of Agile methodology
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of English language is required.
