Job description

To strengthen our Solution Management team, we are looking for a:BUSINESS ANALYSTROLE:

• Analyze business process and look for optimization, suggesting alternatives​
• Gather, analyze, document and validate the requirements​
• Contribute to the design of solutions in close collaboration with Product, SW & HW Teams​, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to reach consensus on solutions alternatives
• Translate high -level requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Collaborate with sales teams during proposal phases, providing insights into solution capabilities.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical discipline
• Certificate in Business Analysis preferred
• More than 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally working in an Agile environment
• Proven experience in analysis and documentation of requirements and business process (i.e. Modelling/design techniques and methods, such as UML/BPMN)
• Knowledge in enterprise computing (Prog. Language, networking, data centers, infra, cloud, etc)
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach and with a strong business and technical vision
• Capability to synthetize and vulgarize complex problem
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Fluent in English mandatory, Portugese is a plus
• Availability to travel
