Business Analyst – Leading financial services organisation. A global electronic trading business seeks to expand its UK and European product management team in London, with a need to hire an experienced Business Analyst for this global engagement team. The Business Analyst will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand client technical requirements, communicating internally across multiple departments that includes development, operations, sales, QA and senior management to deliver solutions to a blue-chip client base.The Business Analyst will:

• Business Analysis across the client’s product portfolio and platforms.
• Client business requirement gathering.
• Translating business requirements to clear technical requirements.
• Manage changes to projects scope and identify contingency plans.
• Delivery of projects as part of product management team.
• Work with senior stakeholders internally and externally,
• Documentation of business requirements and analysis.

The Business Analyst will need to have:

• A degree in a related subject.
• At least 5 years of commercial Business Analyst experience within financial services.
• Experience within the Derivatives asset class is essential.
• Experience in Agile – Waterfall – Scrum environment.
• Experience working for an asset manager, brokerage, electronic exchange, hedge fund, investment bank or FinTech is required.
