WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, define, and refine business requirements through continuous feedback loops.
• Drive continuous improvement by translating business needs into deliverable functionalities within agile release cycles.
• Analyze existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operations.
• Serve as a liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication of technical and business concepts.
• Coordinate and support releases and system changes, aligning with agile methodologies and organizational goals.
• Advise business teams on best practices to maximize the use of existing systems and technologies.
• Stay updated on emerging IT trends and agile methodologies to drive continuous improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A mininum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, with familiarity in Agile/Continuous Improvement processes.
• Proven track record in IT Business Analysis, especially in bridging IT and business needs.
• Experience with ERP systems like S/4HANA and planning software is desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with working in project teams, particularly in cross-functional and dynamic environments.
