Business Analyst – 450£/day Inside IR35 – London On Site – 3 Months Contract – (SCC FLEX CONTRACT)We’re seeking an experience Business Analyst to join our client’s dynamic tech team. In this role, you’ll gather and collect business requirements and collaborate with the technology department to bring these requests to life.Your Responsibilities as the Business Analyst:

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary inputs and gain approval of requirement.
• Collate and document and requirements as per client template and standards.
• Refine and breakdown requirements according to complexity and priority.
• Map as-is and to-be state of systems/servers/applications that are in scope for change.
• Support in development of business case.
• Liaise with technical delivery teams to provide clarity and ensure requirements will be met by proposed solution.
• Work with testing team to trace requirements to solution.

As a successful Business Analyst, you will have:

• Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in a technology or ITSM environment
• Comprehension of IT Service Management objectives and purpose, experienced in recognising relevant solutions to meet goals
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Proficient in critical thinking and ability to translate business and technical requirements distinctly
• Working knowledge of common on premise and cloud technologies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
