Location: Manchester
Package: Up to £55k per year + outstanding perks (DOE)Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritise requirements that align with strategic business goals.
• Support the product backlog and sprint planning, ensuring a sharp focus on delivering value to the business.
• Bring clarity to complex processes, ensuring the alignment of delivery efforts with overarching objectives.
• Drive improvements in client journeys through the design of efficient and impactful processes.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service, and identify areas for operational refinement.

• A solid track record in a similar Business Analyst role, ideally within software-focused or product-centric environments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working as part of agile, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills—you’re confident engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
