Business Analyst – 3-month Contract – £550/day via Umbrella Company – Preston (Hybrid) – SCC FLEX CONTRACTWe are seeking a skilledand experienced Business Analyst to work across IT and HR workstreams on an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) project. Experience in utilities industry in an advantage.Your responsibilities as the Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure successful implementation of IdAM solutions
• Analyse and document business requirements and processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive project progress.

As the suitable the Business Analyst, you will have:

• Previous experience working on IdAM or Access Management projects, either standalone or as part of wider security projects.
• Experience with HR workstreams, particularly HR Digital Platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in the Utilities sector is beneficial.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
