My client is a leading Financial Services organisation based in Northampton, currently looking for a number of Business Analysts to join their team to primarily run initiatives across their acquiring platforms. You will be shaping end-to-end delivery, operational quality, and business readiness for the firm.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver hybrid technology and business change solutions, ensuring projects are market-ready
• Work across all projects, from initial requirements gathering to business readiness and operational controls
• Collaborate with front-office colleagues to shape and define strategic requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Core Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
• Knowledge of card schemes, gateway platforms, and/or payment systems
• Strong experience in payments, particularly in acquiring payments and chargebacks
• Strong stakeholder management skillset
