We are looking for a:Senior Business Analyst CoERole DescriptionWe are seeking a functional analyst with expertise in international operations and/or logistics. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in analyzing and determining processing and dispatching times for activities/goods, with a strong inclination towards predictive automation and managing production across multiple sites located in different parts of the world.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze processing and dispatching activities/goods.
• Determine processing times and optimize operational flows.
• Implement predictive automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce lead-time.
• Manage production across multiple international sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency of processes.
• Collaborate with international teams to standardize operational procedures.

Technical Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Dynamics or JIRA.
• Familiarity with document management systems like Confluence.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI, QLIK Sense, or Tableau.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in international operations or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency
• Inclination towards innovation and implementation of advanced technological solutions.
