Are you an experienced Customer Journey Expert / Business Analyst with strong affinity for data and user experience?We are looking for a business analyst to join the Digital Business Banking tribe. This tribe focuses on digitizing product agnostic core customer centric processes and extracts value from customer data. Our tribe is a critical central point for the full range of product, services and customer interactions of our business customers as well as private individuals: from the moment of becoming a customer, throughout executing any transaction, providing data to the tax authority and other government bodies – our work has direct impact on customer experience, security and compliance as well as reliability of ING financial services.Do you like working with data? Then we are looking for you!Your taskWe are looking for a Customer Journey Expert who can work together with the team, but also with a high degree of autonomy on the following topics:Ensure continuity and quality of our data and services.
Together with the rest of the team you ensure that our services are safe and available 24/7. You support consumers of our services.Setup and execute a data governance process.
The customer centric core relies on good configuration of data to provide the right services meeting the customer needs. If e.g. a new process is introduced the permissions who can access and execute this process should be configured correctly. You will setup a process to collect the requirements in a structured way and align the consumer needs with the technical services. You will also be involved in the actual configuration.Support migration to centralized services.
ING aims to centralize the services that take care of the permission and approval checks. You will contact the impacted consumers in the bank, analyze their business requirements, if needed raise requirement to the central teams and help coordinate the migration.Your teamThe Digital Business Banking tribe is organized in several product teams, each of them consisting of multiple squads. In each squad Product Managers and IT colleagues are working together on a daily basis.You will be part of the Access to Accounts & Services value space; a group of 2 teams (squads) who are responsible for services used by the entire bank to determine to which products or services a customer or employee has access. These are highly sensitive and critical services.The teams are based in the Netherlands, but very diverse with colleagues from all over the globe. Your stakeholders are spread throughout the bank as most squads with a customer process relies on this service.How to succeedWe hire smart people like you for your potential.   • Have strong conceptual and analytical skills;
  • Solid communication and collaborative skills to interact with different types of stakeholders;
  • Firm understanding of customer needs and the skills to bridge business and IT;
  • Take ownership of your team’s processes, including vision, ideation, discovery, development, launch, growth, and maintenance;
  • Enjoy working together in multidisciplinary teams within an agile environment;
  • Relevant experience (2-3 years) in product management, business analysis or consultancy;
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English – verbally and written.
