• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in AGILE IT projects within Banking and Finance.
• Expertise in digital transformation and payments/transaction management (e.g., e-commerce, remittances).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
• Proficiency in documenting SMART user stories and reconciling information from multiple sources.
• Effective communication, reporting, and collaboration across global teams.
• Knowledge of workflow systems, multi-language content sites, and publishing platforms.

Industry: BankingLocation: Kraków, Wrocław, and surrounding areas: Onsite presence 1x a week,The team will be working on a product that helps clients make employee payments, incorporating antivirus scans to ensure security during the transfer process. The system is currently outdated and complex, and there is a need for substantial improvements to streamline and enhance its functionality.We offer:
