Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client based in Dublin city who are seeking a Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.This Business Analyst role focuses on the Dora Framework/Incident Management.The Role:– Permanent position (competitive salary plus benefits)– Flexible hybrid working model– Excellent growth and learning opportunities.Some Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit DORA regulatory notifications within 24 hours of qualifying incidents.
• Assess incidents against DORA thresholds and inform key stakeholders promptly.
• Analyse incidents to identify patterns, root causes, and regulatory triggers.
• Maintain and update knowledge of the application portfolio and related developments.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and support stakeholder communications.
• On board new applications with required attestations and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including project deliverable, charters, and timelines.
• Communicate incidents and solutions to executives and stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
