• You will have proven experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / web projects
• Experience of managing client stakeholders
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders
• You will have a customer-first mindset, with the maturity and initiative to do what it takes keep our clients happy, including some working at client locations.
• Great stakeholder management skills
• Experience of Agile software delivery
• Business Process mapping and engineering
• Production of high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analysis and design of systems
• Ability to work on your own initiative to an agreed action plan
• Strong communication skills – as this role requires a high level of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Energetic, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail

You will collaborate with our UK project team, so we’ll need you to be available until 18:00 PL time.Bonus points if you have:

• Scrum master experience
• Experience working with multiple different ecommerce platforms

The opportunity:Business Analyst needed to join our team here at VML Enterprise Solutions. Working under your own initiative with required guidance and support, a business analyst with proven experience you will be part of the Business Analysis team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the business needs of our client are fully documented, understood and met by the proposed solution.What we offer:

• Salary depending on presented skills: 14 000 – 19 000 PLN monthly (B2B contract)

,[Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users. This will involve planning, running and facilitating workshops, and assessing source documentation from the customer , Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability , Create logical and innovative solutions to problems , Present proposals to clients , Work with a scrum / delivery team through to go live , Analyse business systems in order to recommend efficiencies , Provide estimates for future analysis work , Work with developers and a variety of end users to ensure all solutions deliver customer satisfaction , Provide training to users of a new system as required , Communicate and collaborate with the test team , Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines , Keep up to date with technical and industry sector advances , Maintain great client relationships at all levels of the organisation , Maintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalating business critical situations as required, Manage situations and relationships both internally and externally ] Requirements: Agile, Stakeholder management Additionally: Knowledge sharing, Integration events, Free coffee, Gym, Canteen, Bike parking, Playroom, Shower, Free snacks, Free beverages, Free parking, Modern office, No dress code.
