Hybrid from Warsaw, Contract of EmploymentYour new roleAs a Business Analyst, your mission will be to transfer user requirements to the team, functional design and validation of a regulatory application.The key responsibilities for your role as a Business Analyst:

• You will define the business logic of a BigData system to achieve financial regulatory requirements.
• You will act as an expert across multiple projects, guiding the teams and conducts business research and analysis tasks as necessary
• You will support the business and functions in assessing current state operating model and translating it into target operating models
• You will use SQL to analyze data, create/recreate reports/solutions according to the specifications of the requirements agreed with the users
• You will use SQL to validate data quality of implemented solutions
• You will create competitive environment to set high standards, encourages and supports continual improvements within the team
• You will create Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documentation (FSDs)
• You will use Scrum methodology, and be part of a high performance team
• You will document your solutions tools: JIRA, Confluence, ALM…

What you’ll need to succeed

• Business Analysis or Product Management Experience: You should have about 3 years of experience in software-related roles across multiple organizations.
• Strong SQL Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Financial /Banking Products: Experience with financial products in the wholesale banking environment (e.g., Fxs, bonds, equities).
• Direct Interaction with Software Development Teams: Your ability to work closely with development teams is essential.
• Agile Framework Experience: Familiarity with SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.
• Financial/Business-Oriented Background: A university degree related to finance or business.
• Excel Skills: A medium-level understanding of Excel.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Abilities: These skills are crucial for effective analysis.
• Understanding of Banking/Financial Services Industry: Knowledge of industry-specific processes.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English (at least B2+).
