Job Description:Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS)Please note that this is a permanent position, and we do not offer freelance/contract arrangement for the role.Your Team – GBS Funds Tribe:Within GBS, you will join the Funds Tribe, contributing to the delivery of new features for the Funds Domain applications in support of the business objectives of our Funds clients. The expansion and evolution of our Investment Funds offering is a key pillar of the Corporate Strategy. The recent acquisitions made by the group in the Funds domain are leading to a fundamental expansion of our ecosystem supporting the One Euroclear FundsPlace® service. You will integrate into a dynamic team working in a cross-entity and stimulating environment with the opportunity to get involved in some of the most strategic files for the company!Role: Business AnalystAs a Business Analyst for the Funds Tribe, you will contribute to delivering new systems or modifications to existing systems, i.e.:

• Act as the key interface between the business stakeholders and the IT teams in the delivery of new features.
• Understand the needs of the business (internal and external clients) and recommend appropriate business solutions.
• Assist in figuring out right business scope, making the trade-off between benefit and cost, allowing to bring the most value for money.
• Describe the business processes in a structured way that can be translated into functional and technical specifications.
• Validate the solution derived from your business process description.
• May be involved in the testing of the designed solution, articulating business test scenarios and providing support to the end-users.
• Identify the risks of the new service development on internal teams and external clients.
• Support other IT colleagues through the IT delivery process.
• Provide support for the rollout of the solution during operational readiness.

Profile

• Very good analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a sophisticated environment.
• Critical thinking skills (evaluate multiple options to settle on a solution).
• Good communication skills: good listener in collecting information and interacting with the business and IT colleagues.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills striving for a “win-win” in your interactions with the different stakeholders.
• Openness to change (agile methodology) and great teammate.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Assets

• Experience in a Business Analysis role and/or good knowledge of the Fund Order domain.
• Experience of working with Business and/or IT Stakeholders.
• Experience in working in an Agile context (Agile practice), Agile Certified Practitioner.
