Job Description:We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software within our client organization. This is a high-level, strategic role where you will function like a Project Manager, coordinating and overseeing the entire process from planning to execution. You will work closely with key stakeholders across departments and ensure the successful integration of GRC frameworks and tools.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GRC Implementation: Oversee the full implementation cycle of GRC systems, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, legal, compliance, risk, and IT teams to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Project Management: Take charge of project management activities such as resource planning, risk assessment, timeline tracking, and milestone achievements.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes and define GRC requirements to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Ensure ongoing optimization and refinement of GRC processes and solutions in line with evolving business needs and regulatory changes.

Your Profile:

• Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on GRC implementation or related fields (Risk, Compliance, Governance).
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects from start to finish, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Expertise in GRC Tools: Familiarity with GRC platforms and tools ( Ideally Corporater)
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Language: Native or fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
